费尔和斯隆的决策的主要意义……体现了决策的以下五个要素……要确实了解问题的性质……要确实找出解决问题时必须满足的界限……仔细思考解决问题的正确方案是什么……决策方案要同时兼顾执行措施……在执行过程中重视反馈。
The effective decision-maker… must satisfy five distinct elements: a clear realization that the problem was generic… the definition of the specifications which the answer to the problem had to satisfy… the thinking through what is ‘right’… the building into the decision of the action to carry it out… the feedback which tests the validity and effectiveness of the decision against the actual course of events.
